Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using the E One Recyclers site and services.
Last updated 14 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the E One Recyclers website and any services or information made available through it. By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging E One Recyclers for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or republish substantial portions of the website without our prior written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, databases, accounts, or infrastructure.
Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
Use automated systems or methods that place unreasonable load on our website or systems.

Accounts and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically create a contract between you and E One Recyclers.
Any quotation, proposal, scope of work, collection schedule, recycling arrangement, refurbishment service, EPR engagement, or data protection service will be subject to the specific terms agreed between E One Recyclers and the customer.
Information submitted through enquiry forms should be accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to provide information or request services on behalf of your organisation.
A service will be considered confirmed only after the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, agreement, or other commercial documentation has been accepted by both parties.
Intellectual Property
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of our services.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific service and provided by you voluntarily.
Business Solution Services
Where devices or IT assets are submitted for refurbishment:
The condition and usability of each asset may be assessed before refurbishment.
Refurbishment outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, specifications, and availability of components.
Any resale, reuse, refurbishment, recovery, or recycling of assets will be carried out according to the agreed service scope.
Data stored on devices is the responsibility of the customer unless a specific data sanitisation or destruction service has been requested and agreed. Where E One Recyclers provides Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) or related compliance services, the scope, responsibilities, documentation, reporting, targets, timelines, and applicable fees will be defined in the relevant proposal, agreement, or service documentation.
EPR requirements may change due to amendments to applicable environmental laws, regulations, rules, notifications, or regulatory requirements. Customers remain responsible for providing accurate information and fulfilling obligations that legally remain with them..
Third-party links and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, regulatory resources, technology providers, or other services.
These links are provided for convenience or reference. E One Recyclers does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

However, no website, system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Specific recycling, EPR, data protection, refurbishment, and compliance services are subject to the terms, scope, and documentation agreed with the customer.
